The Marketing & Product Management (M&PM) organization currently has an opening for a Sr Product Marketing Manager. The selected candidate for this role will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: * Manage various Crew Interface products and projects to support the portfolio evolution. * Characterize addressable market for existing products * Characterize obsolescence issues and business impacts, develop end of life plans for sun setting products and components, craft communication plans for internal and external customers to retire obsolete products/components in manner that results in greatest benefit to Honeywell and customer base * Conduct competitive and SWOT analyses * Build business case for profitable, sustainable program and product * Develop value proposition, pricing, and market engagement plan * Develop Market Requirement Document (MRD) with specific detailed technical and marketing roadmaps * Collaborate with SBUs, E&T, OPs, and various other areas of the business to ensure successful implementation adhering to schedule, cost, and resource plans * Develop marketing and technical partner plan, establish and management partnerships, ensure appropriate make/buy balance toward profitability Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics, math or related discipline * 5 years experience managing and promoting high technology products from inception through sunset Additional Qualifications: * Proven track record in product management * Strong business-to-business analytical skills, financial acumen, critical thinking and marketing skills * MBA from top tier school highly desirable * Strong background and knowledge of marketing processes, principles and tools, and a proven track record of successful new product planning and introduction * Strong program management or site leadership background * Strong background with customers * Proven ability to collaborate across product lines and technologies to develop joint strategies and roadmaps * Proven ability to collaborate with functions (engineering / ISC / C&PS) to execute product plans and roadmaps * Broad aerospace product knowledge is desirable * Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals * Ability to manage business and organizational vision by communicating a compelling purpose, driving change cross-organizationally, and inspiring and motivating people and organizations * Knowledge of Aerospace business allowing for innovative concepts and promotion of new ideas * Strong written and presentation communication skills * Customer contact experience desired * Green Belt Certification
