Position Summary

Server
A server is responsible for providing the highest quality of food service to our Members and Guests. Fine dining service may include tableside preparation and upscale wine presentations; casual dining may include grill and poolside service. This Employee Partner supports all club venues and events.

Busser
Assist Service staff in achieving Member/Guest satisfaction

Essential Functions and Accountabilities
Server
Knowledge of table etiquette
Knowledge of food, wine and liquor a plus
Possess a passion for exceeding Members expectations and a commitment to providing high quality Member and Guest service
Busser
1. Maintaining the high ClubCorp service standards as outlined in the STAR training program.
2. Responsible for carrying trays of food and beverage to the members and guests, adhering to the ClubCorp standards of service.
3. Responsible for clearing dishes from table and resetting of tables.
4. Know members names and greet them promptly as such, in a pleasant manner making them feel at home.
5. Follow all service department, club and corporate guidelines and policies as instructed by supervisor and manuals.
6. Notify supervisor of customer complaints at the time they occur. Rectify any complaints as soon as possible.
7. Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in the kitchen, and assuring that others are acting safely too.
8. Wearing a CLEAN and neat uniform that meets with CCA standards daily. A proper uniform includes; APPROVED shirt, pants, shoes, name tag
10. Possession of a friendly disposition and good attitude which is crucial for member retention and overall team work.
11. Responsible for the rearrangement of tables for banquet functions, as well as construction of buffet and other service lines in a timely manner.
12. When working independantly of a supervisor, should be able to adequately set a future function.
