Senior Project Manager
Blood Systems is seeking a professional with project management skills to work with our Information Technology department at the corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects that span across all BSI divisions and customers. This individual will monitor costs, schedule, and monitors technical performance of component projects and operation, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with excellent planning, organizational, analytical, problem solving and prioritizing skills. Strong project management skills are a must!
Requirements:
Education/Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies required.
Knowledge of advanced principles and practices of policy and procedure development required.
Knowledge of advanced records management principles and practices required.
Knowledge of management principles including human resource management, budget administration, negotiation techniques, risk identification and mitigation, requirements solicitation required.
Knowledge of system development lifecycle models and familiarity with enterprise-wide business software applications preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
PMP certification or equivalent required.
Experience
Five years of project management experience with involvement in Information Technology infrastructure and operations, or software applications implementation required. To include:
System upgrades, ERP implementations, FDA regulated device implementation, program development.
Experience in manufacturing and non-manufacturing implementations preferred.
