POSITION OVERVIEW :

This position is responsible for managing client relationships for Las Vegas and Phoenix regions and management of several projects. Provides oversight for major project pursuits and on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. The Program Director/Regional Manager must be capable of managing a project or program valued up to $1 billion in total installed cost. The project or program requiring company representation at this level may be of lesser total installed cost if management determines that it requires an unusual technical or managerial approach in managing the regions. Experience must include operations management of personnel and facilities. Prior experience should also include project management of capital improvement program, design/build project delivery and construction management.

Qualifications:
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and at least 20 years of planning, design and project management of major transportation projects in the roadway and highway area.
• Incumbent should have a broad technical and business development background, as well as previous project management experience on large capital improvement programs;
• Managing capital development program valuing over $1billion is required.
• At least 10 years of overseeing large design build projects.
• Should have a broad general knowledge of the local market and clients for the Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. Current client development experience with Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and NDOT local counties/cities are prevalent.
• Experience in growing operation and capturing market shares. Demonstrated capabilities to generate new sales from existing and new clients.
• At least 15 yrs of managerial experience of a large group of Engineers, Designers, and technical support personnel.

Completion of Parsons Project Management certification required at this level. AZ and NV Professional Engineer registrations are required.
