Position Purpose:
To offer technical support to internal and external customers with all ICE initiated computer software programs.
Essential Duties:
Research/Troubleshoot software issues/errors
Monitor Support email box and take the appropriate action to discern complexity of issue.
Product Support Phone – communicate with customers regarding software related issues.
Escalate Outages to the appropriate key people for a timely resolution.
Follow-up on all issues
Keeping up-to-date with industry information
Coordinate on-going communication with clients and agents via telephone and email
Provide research to assist in resolution of technical issues, using various computer support systems
Provide cruise support to Travel Agents

Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Travel Industry experience 2-3 Years
Customer Service experience 3-5 Years
Technology Application support experience 3-5 Years
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks
Ability to prioritize and follow through
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with all levels of staff
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
