Physical Therapist
Therapists needed for a variety of settings (SNF, assisted living, home health, outpatient clinics, hospitals) throughout the state of Arizona and across US.
Occupational Therapist responsibilities will include evaluation, formulating plan of care, writing daily progress notes, billing, and treatment of clients in their hospital, clinic or home setting. Treatments is focused on therapeutic activities, treatment as needed and standardize testing to increase/assess meaningful function in daily routine and live roles, coping skill, education of mental illness and symptoms. Major diagnosis for specific illness.
Physical Therapist responsibilities will include a variety of medical services to help individuals who have been injured or physically affected by illness to recover or improve function. Evaluations and customer physical rehabilitation enhance treatment plans, flexibly, range of motion, motor control and additional pain or discomfort the patient might experience.
Speech Language Pathologist-CCC responsibilities will include directs service delivery with evaluations and treatment plans with children or adults with various delays, disorders, deficients and language. Communication, articulation, fluency oral motor and feeding and swallowing. For serious inquires only.
