Position Summary:
Identify and Implement product design improvements working closely with product engineers
Ability to work with multiple teams & manage multiple projects
Creative ability to implement new SOP's and put more cost effective & efficient processes in place
Ability to find solutions and make sound business decisions
Develop & manage implementation of cost effective engineering applications
Training & development, working closely with engineering/manufacturing units
Able to manage complex business processes & provide technical support
Capable of making Capital equipment improvements
Functions & Responsibilities can include:
Point of contact for Engineering department for assigned projects
Manage project quotations & requirements
Interact directly with customers & ability to manage and direct others
Coordinate work flow with various production facilities as needed
Ability to coordinate with sales staff and engineering personnel in a multi-site environments
Implement Manufacturing Optimization strategies
