Manager, Credit Customer Service - MCCS (Tempe, AZ)
Overview :
The Manager of Credit Customer Service is responsible for the management, leadership, supervision and training of associates to answer and resolve customer inquiries.
Key Accountabilities :
Oversee, address and resolve customer inquiries including billing inquiries, store issues, marketing information, basic account information and customer disputes
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and coach associates; address complaints and resolve problems
Skills Summary :
Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Analytical and dependable
Timely and accurate preparation of reports and various financial data
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point preferred
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
