Responsibilities:
You will work with customers who have applied for a mortgage with First Choice Bank, collect and analyze their financial information, determine which financial product meets their specific needs to purchase a home or refinance an existing mortgage. The majority of our transactions are conducted efficiently across the country via telephone, so strong phone skills are mandatory.
Our Loan Officers are responsible for :
* Soliciting and originating mortgage loans
* Marketing the company's programs to existing and potential customers
* Assisting Operations staff in obtaining necessary information from the borrower
* Analyzing loan requests and make recommendations for mortgage financing
