We are looking for a superstar, teamwork-focused client Account Manager to ensure superior service through effective communication and a thorough understanding of client needs, preferences and opportunities.
With strong organizational skills, you can keep projects on schedule, deliver on time, and maintain high quality. Known for excellent communication, you coordinate tasks with the project team members, lead client-facing meetings on strategy and execution, and keep everyone involved along the way.
As the liaison between technical staff and clients, you can understand different points of view and ensure that both staff and clients are happy with the process and the results. Your foresight enables you to head off problems before they develop, but when a difficult situation does arise, you handle it directly and skillfully. Clients and staff alike enjoy working with you, and respect your knowledge and acumen.
Since you understand the strategic business needs of the clients, your recommendations will ensure each program meets each client?s needs, and you will proactively pursue opportunities to grow and strengthen the accounts.
Requirements:
Your qualifications include a bachelor?s degree with minimum of 3 years of client management experience in a complex, technical product environment.
