Join them as a Sales Manager for their group Health & Life insurance division in their Phoenix AZ will
Implement sales and marketing programs that increase revenue and client base within an assigned territory.
Cultivate and develop in conjunction with the sales staff, a revenue generating referral network.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and development of the sales team.
Mentoring, coaching, and providing advanced training for assigned sales team.
Completing or reviewing all performance evaluations for all assigned employees.
Ensuring accuracy of all sales related reports.
Qualifications
A minimum of five years experience in sales or marketing, including two years of management experience is required. Qualified candidate will have demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team's goals. The ability to articulate corporate strategies and visions with clarity is required. Strong communication skills, ambition, and integrity are required. Candidates with the demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic, high growth environment are strongly preferred. You must be licensed in Life & Health insurance to qualify. You must have Experience in GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE
Base $80K + bonus/Commission 1st year $135-$150K top mgrs $200K
