As an Outbound Inside Sales Representative for Facebook, you will get the opportunity to put your sales expertise, customer service and business development skills to use as you work with an experienced and dedicated inside sales team.
Direct Alliance is an industry leader in providing business outsourcing (BPO) competencies in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of an award winning sales and business development team!
Job Responsibilities
In addition to demonstrating sales and business development expertise, our Inside Sales Representatives have additional responsibilities, including:
• Contacting new leads via telephone and email on a daily basis.
• Introducing clients to the best technology products and services provided by an industry leader.
• Building long-term customer relationships and managing accounts while increasing program revenue.
• Prospecting and developing accounts and growing strategic relationships.
• Processing orders set by the customer regularly.
Job Requirements
A successful Inside Sales Representative will have a minimum of 2 year sales experience with a proven track record and a strong desire to exceed expectations and sales initiatives.
Additionally you will need:
• High school diploma required or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years solid sales or 4 year Bachelors degree.
• Exemplary communication skills and superior listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Takes direction well while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently.
• Type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Access and basic use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
