The Field Resource Coordinator receives, records, and distributes customer appointments to technician resources locally and/or nationally, upon customers' requests for service.
Distributes new same day customer appointments to technician resources
Dispatches work orders and relays customer, customer service representative, and/or Management messages or special instructions to technicians and operations
Communicates with technicians, in real time, any changes to the routing plan that may occur
Prioritizes and routes additional customer appointments to technicians
Provides resource planning to ensure technicians meet customer demand
Tracks and communicates appointment progress with operations
Allocates and routes jobs in queue to various external subcontractors
Answers incoming customer calls that are either direct or transferred from a customer service representative
Understands, interprets, and exceed the customer’s needs and expectations
Transfers incoming customer calls to the right locations
Keeps record and verifies previous day appointments for accurate documentation

Four year degree or related experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
