The Field Resource Coordinator receives, records, and distributes customer appointments to technician resources locally and/or nationally, upon customers' requests for service.

 

  • Distributes new same day customer appointments to technician resources
  • Dispatches work orders and relays customer, customer service representative, and/or Management messages or special instructions to technicians and operations
  • Communicates with technicians, in real time, any changes to the routing plan that may occur
  • Prioritizes and routes additional customer appointments to technicians
  • Provides resource planning to ensure technicians meet customer demand
  • Tracks and communicates appointment progress with operations
  • Allocates and routes jobs in queue to various external subcontractors
  • Answers incoming customer calls that are either direct or transferred from a customer service representative
  • Understands, interprets, and exceed the customer’s needs and expectations
  • Transfers incoming customer calls to the right locations
  • Keeps record and verifies previous day appointments for accurate documentation

Four year degree or related experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
