Job Summary Directs the Catering, Conference Services, and Biltmore Destination Services Departments including planning, budgeting, forecasting, soliciting new customers, maintaining current customers and promoting business for the hotel. Responsible for revenue maximization and control of Catering, Conference Services, and Biltmore Destination Services expenses through effective negotiation of services and accurate forecasting. Overall responsibility for adherence to corporate policies and implementation of all new technologies and procedures. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
