Position Description: Creating a team to manage enterprise reporting to CMS to support Medicare Section 111 and Crossover and Medicaid eligiblity reconciliation to meet federal and state mandates. Team member(s) responsible for file compliance, requirement documentation, help desk intake and traige, HPSM incident managerment, problem resolution and member/customer support. May require customer and/or account team meetings to resolve customer and or member issues and/or provide education on process, set up and remediation. Enterprise evaluation of business segment processes for consistency, compliance and best practices. Liaison to CMS vendor(s) and SME for regulations/user guidelines of eligibility reporting.

Requirements:
HS diploma/GED
Previous experience in writing business and business/finance analysis.
Previous experience at problem solving, follow-through and resolution
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Assets:
Previous Experience working with Medicare and or Medicaid
Previous TSO experience
Previous Claim Processing background is helpful
Previous Customer Service experience.
