The Salt River Community Golf Enterprises seeks an experienced Assets Manager to oversee all asset management & finance operations of its Golf Enterprises. The Golf Enterprises, a division of SRPMIC, are located in Scottsdale, AZ, one of the southwest’s premier golf, vacation, recreation, cultural, entertainment & sports destinations.
This is a “term-limited" position with full benefits thru September 30, 2013.
The Assets Manager is responsible for the management agreement of the Talking Stick Golf Course and business lease of the property and provides comprehensive asset analysis, accounting, budgeting, cash flow coordination and financial strategic planning along with business practice analysis. Develops and implements asset management strategies and monitors enterprise productivity and performance. Oversees management agreements, business leases, financial & accounting systems along with establishing & improving enterprise operating procedures.
Performs analytical reviews and trends analysis to maximize revenue opportunities. Monitors distributions, lease payments & investment projections for best use of assets. Provides financial summaries and asset reporting. Receives close guidance from the SRPMIC Treasurer under general direction of the SRPMIC Golf Enterprises Board of Directors
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or a closely related field & 5 years experience with asset management, business development, accounting, finance and/or budgeting is required. May be required to work beyond normal work hours & must meet applicable insurability, background check & drug test requirements.
