Responsibilities Candidate will audit repair shop estimates utilizing a computer estimating system and contact repair shops to negotiate an agreed-upon repair price; audit independent appraisers and Direct Repair Shop estimates for accuracy while adhering to company Best Practices guidelines; document claim files to meet company compliance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications A Bachelor's or technical Associate degree is strongly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience. Previous experience in estimating collision damage and writing computerized collision damage estimates or collision repair management experience is required. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an excellent work ethic. Strong negotiation skills are required. Must be able to work independently but also contribute in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required. General computer proficiency and keyboarding skills are also required. ICAR certification and Bi-lingual skills a plus.
